We are hiring an Operations Manager for our Oulu office
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to coordinate Cerenion’s operations for our future medical products from the design transfer to the production control and distribution. The essential part of the work relates to the building and developing of the network of OEM partners and suppliers. As an Operations Manager, you will establish and maintain processes related to your responsibilities and ensure the quality controls related to these operations. In daily basis, your tasks will also include purchasing, product data management and supplier control.
Although you will be working in close collaboration with our quality management and medical software development teams, you are a person who can work independently and take initiative to continuously improve our production-related processes and quality management. You also have strong problem-solving and networking skills to cope fluently with the network of our OEM partners.
Required knowledge and experience:
Experience on production management
Experience on working with OEM partners
Knowledge on quality control/assurance
Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
Seen as a benefit:
Experience on auditing OEM partners
Experience working with or knowledge on quality management, particularly ISO13485
Experience on process management
Experience on product management
BSc degree or higher on any relevant area of expertise
